5. Content & Gameplay

GetPlayeD contains adult content intended for consensual entertainment among adults. All participants in any game session must be consenting adults. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent among all players.

6. Purchases & Credits

All purchases of credits, perks, avatars, and level unlocks are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Service are owned by Rising Jupiter LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rising Jupiter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
